FULL SERVICE
Fixed income. Zero hassle. We handle everything.
AM Partnership pays Bow landlords a fixed rent on the same date every month whether the property is tenanted or empty with 0% management fees and no surprise deductions. We lease your property directly and take on tenant sourcing, maintenance and compliance, so you get the income without the involvement. The District, Hammersmith & City and DLR lines keep Bow well connected and in steady demand, but guaranteed rent means your payment is fixed regardless of what the market does. Ameer and Shakur look after everything personally, and most owners have a no-obligation offer within 24 hours.
What's Included
Everything you need to maximise your investment returns.
Bow’s commuter tenants relocate often, which under other setups means recurring voids. We take them on your E3 rent is paid on the same date monthly whether the property is occupied or empty between Canary Wharf professionals.
Gas safety, EICR, EPC, alarms, right-to-rent and deposit checks are all kept in date on your Bow property, from a Fish Island conversion to a Victorian terrace near Tredegar Square. We manage every deadline for you.
We maintain your Bow property as though it were our own — routine repairs and out-of-hours emergencies handled, and the home given back at term end in the condition we received it, fair wear aside.
Your fixed Bow rent is paid on the same day each month by standing order and guaranteed by the lease. If a tenant pays us late, you’d never know — your payment still arrives on time, in full.
Every six weeks or so we inspect your Bow property with photographs and written checks, so wear from a mobile commuter tenancy is spotted and resolved before it grows into a bigger bill.
No commission, no fees and no deductions on your Bow rent. The number we agree is the number that reaches your account in full, on the same date, throughout the agreement.
Bow’s appeal to City and Canary Wharf commuters keeps it busy, but a commuter market also means tenants who relocate often. Traditional management bills you for every changeover voids, referencing, renewals while still leaving you exposed to repair costs and compliance deadlines.
Guaranteed rent fixes that. We become your tenant, absorb the turnover and the maintenance, and pay you the same sum each month regardless of who is living in the property.
A two-bedroom flat in Bow lets at around £2,100 a month about £25,200 a year. After commission, VAT, set-up and inventory fees, a void month and maintenance, a meaningful chunk never reaches you.
The table puts the same £2,100 property side by side: a traditional managed let versus AM Partnership guaranteed rent, where the agreed figure is yours in full.

TRANSPARENT PRICING
Simple, competitive pricing with no setup costs or exit penalties.
Any one-off costs on your Bow let are laid out before you sign, with no hidden setup charges and nothing skimmed from your rent afterwards what you’re quoted is what stands.
With 0% commission and no voids or re-let costs to carry, your fixed E3 figure generally beats the net income of a managed let once an agent’s fees and commuter-driven turnover are stripped out.
A fixed amount on a fixed date for the full term gives a Bow landlord room to plan around a mortgage or the next purchase without gambling on a well-timed re-let.

GETTING READY
What you legally need in place before letting your property and how we handle it for you.
Your Bow property needs a CP12 Gas Safety Certificate renewed every year by a Gas Safe engineer. We arrange the visit, keep the certificate on file and serve it to tenants on schedule.
An EICR is due on your E3 property at least every five years. We book the electrical inspection, handle any remedial work and keep the paperwork current on your behalf.
A valid EPC meeting minimum letting standards is required on your Bow property. We check the rating and advise on improvements where a period conversion needs them to stay compliant.
Smoke alarms on every storey and CO alarms where required are legally necessary in E3. We fit, test and maintain them throughout each tenancy on your Bow property.
Deposits must be held in a government-approved scheme with prescribed information served on time. Under our lease on your Bow property, that protection is handled for you.
Right-to-rent checks apply to every occupant of your Bow property. We carry out and document the identity and immigration checks so your let is compliant from day one.
